The Information helps us check your location, check your credit card validity, and give you the right documents about your payment. We DON’T keep credit card information with us.
We keep all the other information on our secure servers until the services end when we delete any useful data. Customers may receive various notifications related to these services, such as login details, updates, news, and so on. Customers can always choose to opt out of receiving the newsletter and the specific module notifications. Administrative Access Please note that some GYNTEKBUSINESS™ team members may need to access the admin section of your GYNTEKBUSINESS™ website in certain situations, such as fulfilling customer service requests and troubleshooting errors. This means they can see all parts of your custom site, including any areas that are password-protected, for security, maintenance, and service purposes.

How do we protect your Information?
We protect your personal information with a secure network. Only authorized people can access it, and we encrypt it with SSL technology. We use security measures to keep your data private when you order, enter, submit, or access it. We don’t store or process any transactions on our servers or gateway provider. How do we share your Information?
GYNTEKBUSINESS™ will not sell end-users’ data to third parties. We will only disclose or transfer any personal information with our clear permission, unless:
A. Legal obligations.
To deliver the contracted services for the GYNTEKBUSINESS™ user and to uphold the rights and responsibilities of these terms of use and the related contract between the Web Builder Tool user and GYNTEKBUSINESS™ end-user. To provide the AI Builder Tool service and for custom builds, GYNTEKBUSINESS™ needs to use third-party services, which we call sub-processors.
B. Your Rights
You can view, modify, update, or remove personal information (or that of your End Users) in your Account or by reaching out to us at privacy@gyntekbusiness.center to ask for the changes you want. You can use your other rights (including deleting your Account) by contacting us at the same email address. You can request your collected data by filling out the Data Request Form here.
You have the right not to receive marketing materials via email by changing those preferences in your Account Settings.
Please note that, for technical reasons, there can be a delay in deleting your personal Information from our systems when you ask us to remove it. We will also retain personal Information to comply with the law, protect our and others’ rights, resolve disputes, or enforce our legal terms or policies to the extent permitted under applicable law.
C. Website content
All information you provide on your site adds can generally be viewed by other internet users. Therefore, we naturally encourage you to be careful and responsible for any personal information and confidential data you publish on your website. Please remember that password-protected areas do not offer absolute protection against unauthorized access: the same applies to any files uploaded to password-protected websites that direct links can still access.
Suppose end-users have a seasonal site or return to us after an Account becomes inactive. In that case, we don’t immediately delete your Personal Information when your trial expires or you cancel all Paid Services. You must inform us to delete your Information. We keep your personal information for a reasonable period, so it will be there for you if you come back, and you will not accrue additional charges except to pay to renew the Service.
You may delete your Account by going to your Account Settings, scrolling, and selecting “delete Account.” Please note that the complete deletion of an account might take up to 90 days our systems.
Your Users’ Personal Information
Our customers who have created a site using GYNTEKBUSINESS™ are responsible for what they do with the personal information they collect, directly or through GYNTEKBUSINESS™, about their End Users.
If you’re one of our Users, you will collect personal information about your End Users. For example, you may ask your End Users to provide their name, address, and email address in a form element. You may also use cookies and similar technologies to analyze usage and other trends.
You’re solely responsible for complying with any laws and regulations that apply to your collection and use of your End Users’ Information, including Personal Information you collect about them from us or using GYNTEKBUSINESS™ functionality or cookies or similar technologies.
You must publish your privacy and cookie policy and comply with them.
We’re not liable for your relationship with your End Users or how you collect and use personal information about them (even if you collect it from us or using GYNTEKBUSINESS™ functionality or cookies, or similar technologies). We won’t provide you with any legal advice regarding such matters.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
Please note: The policies described here may change, but not without notice. However, as much as we prepare for unforeseen events there could be a time when change is eminent and there may not be any notice of certain changes, at all. The Privacy Policy, occasionally, may reflect changes in technology, law, business operations, or any other reasons we determine is necessary or appropriate. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Privacy Policy and post it on our sites. Suppose we make material changes to it or how we process personal information.
